James Swanson on the faculty of Athabasca University's MBA Program

James Swanson is again teaching a course in Athabasca University's online MBA program beginning on January 7, 2019. The course is entitled Business Law, focuses on legal risk management in the context of business law, and is available as an elective to senior MBA students. One of the advantages of the course is that it allows students the practical experience of an assignment requiring each student to prepare a legal risk assessment and risk management report related to their own organization, on a confidential basis.
